These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Aces Media is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The specific governing state and venue are confirmed in our client agreements and will be reflected here once finalized. Any dispute relating to the website will be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction in that venue, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date below. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
